How are your garments printed?
Each garment is screen printed by hand, by an actual human with over 10 years of printing experience.
Are the garments pre-printed?
No, Custom garments and Your Color, Your Size garments are printed after you order them, specific to your choice of design, style, size and color.
Pre-Printed, ready to ship garments are labeled as such in their product name and description.
How long does the printing take?
The printing can take from seven up to fourteen days, depending on order volume.
How do I order garments with my own Logo or Design?
It’s simple! Go to our Custom Orders page to pick your garment type, size, color, and number of print colors along with a description of your desired design. You can also upload any ideas or artwork that will help with the process. With No Minimums and No Set Up Fees, you can order just one shirt or hundreds with your logo!
Are there Set-Up Fees for Custom Garments?
NO! Unlike other printers, we do not believe in set up fees!
Is there a Minimum Order for the Custom Garments?
NO! You can order ONE or ONE THOUSAND! No extra fees included for lesser orders!
Do you offer bulk discounts?
YES! Orders of 50 or more garments with the same design can send us an email at email@example.com with details of your order and we can send you a quote for the quantity needed. Garments may be mixed and matched in style, size and color for a variety! Add up all the different garments you want for your total!
What is the Design Fee?
The only fee that may be added to your order is a Design Fee. We offer free designing for up to 3 hours or $150, so the fee only occurs if our designer has to spend more than our free design time on your logo. Design fees will be based on a per hour basis, and will be discussed and approved with the customer before designing will begin.
Are there restrictions on what can be printed?
Check THIS Out presents Meagan’s Apparel will not print requests that involve:
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others (see Terms & Conditions)
- Encourage violence or hate against individuals or groups
- Attack, harass, or defame others based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, disability, national origin, or sexual identity
- Include hate speech or symbols (including but not limited to swastikas, iron crosses, etc.)
- Promote, feature, or encourage the use of hard drugs (i.e. other than marijuana)
- Feature explicit sex acts or frontal nudity of a non-artistic or health/medical nature
- Include sexually suggestive images or text involving children (including nudity)
- Promote, feature, or encourage underage drinking or marijuana use by minors
Shipping, Delivery & Pick-up FAQ's
Free Shipping!? What's the catch?
You have to sign up for our Newsletter to get the Code and its limitations. But we are happy to offer Free Economy Shipping through USPS Priority or First Class Mail to customers who use the coupon code at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Pre-Printed garments from the Meagan's Apparel category will be sent to USPS the next business day if ordered before 6pm! Items ordered from the Badass Printz category and Custom Design Garments have design approvals that rely on the customer. These items will be sent to UPS or USPS immediately after finishing production. This is usually within 14 business days of order date.
How does the Local Pick-Up option work?
If you choose Local Pick-Up in your cart, you will not be charged for shipping, but you will be responsible for meeting one of our representatives at our home office once the item is finished with printing. We only offer this service for those willing to travel to Yale, Michigan.
How does the Local Delivery option work?
If you choose Local Delivery in your cart, you will not be charged shipping, but you will be responsible for setting up a time with our representative to meet with you at your residence or desired meeting place once the item is finished with printing. We only offer this service to customers within a 30 mile radius of Yale, Michigan.
Why isn't there an option for express or 2 day shipping?
Due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer express shipping on our website. It takes time to design, order specific materials, contact the customer for approvals, and so much more that goes into each item we create for you. If, after production is complete, express shipping is an option you would like to look into to get your item to you faster, you can ask your CTO representative what your options are, and we will be happy to assist you.
Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines should contact a Service/Sales Representative. We offer to get you "first in line" with our Rush Order. Rush orders on screen-printed apparel and sign items are available for a minimum 30% rush charge. Rush orders are sent to the shipper within 7 days. Delivery times may vary during the holiday seasons. This is not available on our site and only an option by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
